ObstaCourse was designed to meet the needs of all levels of fitness, from the first-timer to the skilled elite competitor. Our goal is to help you gain confidence in your abilities, and to give you the tools you need to succeed. We offer a fun and welcoming environment to learn, train, practice, and hone your skills. Whether this is your first time joining a fitness group, you are a competitive obstacle course racer, or you dream of being the next American Ninja Warrior, ObstaCourse has the tools you need to build strength and stamina, and to conquer obstacles.

+Circuit Training

5:00 am • 6:00 am • 7:00 am • 5:00 pm • 6:00 pm

AKA Body Shock, this is a 45 minute group fitness class that has multiple exercises in a large circuit format. Some days are high intensity intervals and some days focus more on strength and muscle endurance. Each day we focus on different muscle groups and the circuit format changes throughout the week. These classes involve a mixture of calisthenics, weight training and plyometrics to build strength, muscle, cardio endurance, balance, speed, agility, and coordination. SIGN UP
+Teen Fit (Age 13-17)

3:00 – 5:00 pm

Obstacle course training mixed with circuit training to build a community of Teens that have a fun place to get fit. Build strength, cardio endurance, balance, coordination, and speed. Field trips will be coordinated throughout the year for Teens interested in participating in an obstacle course race.SIGN UP
+Obstacle Course

7:00 – 8:00 pm

Our indoor obstacle course circuit changes daily. The continuous course includes a 90’ long obstacle apparatus filled with monkey bars, trapeze rings, cargo nets and climbing walls, a 30’ long traverse wall, along with sleds, plyo boxes, smash balls, agility ladders and more. Tuesday and Thursday's are open gym obstacle course. (Workout on your own) SIGN UP

Saturday

8:00 am • 9:00 am

Learn techniques to conquer obstacles on our obstacle course apparatus and traverse wall. Train on obstacles to build confidence, coordination and the competence needed to take on your next obstacle course race.SIGN UP
+Birthday Parties

12:00 – 1:30 pm • 2:00 – 3:30 pm

8:00 – 10:00 pm

A fun night for Teens to have a safe place to hang out with their friends in our indoor obstacle course. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in our vending machines.SIGN UP
